Part I look@yourself The first part of the book contains 24 picture series each with 4 variations, making overall 96 pictures. The four pictures in each group belong together – four head positions, four ways of holding the shoulders, four variations of pelvic movement. One of these four pictures encapsulate the principle of movement intelligence while the others leave out intentionally the wisdom provided by four million years of human evolution. Each of the 24-picture series has a twofold arrangement: The first part will playfully introduce you to visual diagnosis and self-evaluation. The following double side has optical help lines and a short text which will aid you in your analysis and interpretation.
Part II work@yourself There are 24 exercises that are actually not really exercises because they are things you do every day but nonetheless have a deep effect. Very few of us have the time and motivation to do the same exercises for years to come. More to the point however: what is the use of doing exercises virtuously for ten minutes every morning when you spend the rest of the day doing the complete opposite? What does one achieve with ten minutes of stretching and strengthening one`s spine, when the day is then spent sitting crooked and bent over a desk?
Work@yourself makes your day a 24-hour exercise!
